LIC-Artist Michelle Goguen is offering monthly Art
Workshops for Children and Families.
OCTOBER: Saturday, October 21, 2017 - Spook Spectacular! Spider webs,
witches and spooky trees, that’s what October is all about! Come explore the spookiness with Artist/Teacher Michelle Goguen and take home some fun artwork, too.
NOVEMBER: Saturday, November 18th, 2017 – Pumpkins, Pumpkins, Pumpkins! In November we mix paints and create fun, unique pumpkins with silly faces and be inspired by the line and pattern work of artist Romero Britto paintings. Gorgeous frameable artwork to take home, for the older students.
DECEMBER: Saturday, December 16th, 2017 – Calling all Angels! Come join Artist/Teacher Michelle Goguen for a fun-filled morning of creating Angel Heirloom Christmas ornaments. Each angel is unique and fashioned after the child creator in this fun, unique art class.
Come join us at the Plaxall Gallery 5-25 46th Avenue in Long Island City for a fun art workshop celebrating each month with hands-on creative art projects!
Art classes teach children critical thinking skills, cultural awareness, problems have more than one solution, right brain development and brings meaning and beauty to their daily lives.
