November saw a significant number of units closed compared to last year (an impressive 28 units).  This is most likely due to the continued number of new-development units that were pre-sold in 2015 continuing to wrap up and finally close.  However, the median record price per square foot continues to hover around $1,050/square foot as it has for the past two months of closed transactions.
